We strive to create a supportive community where individuals feel seen, heard, and accepted as they navigate their personal journey towards mental well-being.
Our Story
Founder, Madisen Selee, experienced the stigma around mental health personally. The unspoken stigma stopped her from receiving the help she needed for years. After loving boldness from her childhood friend to get help, she finally did.
Madisen felt it her mission to extinguish the stigma, by creating Nervy.
